From AI to the Field: Maud Joins Maya XR for a (Very) Augmented Summer

Some interns spend their summer sorting files in an office. Then there’s Maud, who chose a place where artificial intelligence, augmented reality, visual storytelling, and immersive experiences collide. Welcome to Maya XR.

A Digital Internship, IRL

Maud isn’t glued to a static screen all summer. She’s creating, filming, preparing, observing… and most importantly, exploring how AI and XR can transform the way we train, teach, and experience. She’s helping us:

  • Organize and document our AI & XR workshops for students, companies, and schools

  • Produce educational visual content (images, videos, prompts, innovative formats)

  • Capture the vibe of our events, ensuring every moment leaves a mark

And yes, sometimes she’s rocking a VR headset, sometimes a camera, and sometimes a giant bag of cables. She’s got this.

An Internship Between Virtual Worlds… and Tangible Reality

At Maya XR, we talk as much about algorithmic ethics as we do about augmented reality in a school gym. And Maud? She’s the bridge:

  • 🧩 Between visual creation and technological innovation

  • 📸 Between on-the-ground documentation and digital storytelling

  • 🧠 Between what we do… and what we share

She’s the living memory of our augmented summer.

What She’s Learning? What We’re Learning from Her.

At Maya XR, we don’t just “train” an intern—we integrate them. Maud observes, suggests, experiments, creates. She challenges us to rethink our materials, formats, and storytelling. In return, we give her:

  • Advanced AI tools (Midjourney,, ChatGPT Pro, Runway Gen-4, etc.)

  • A space to test, fail, and try again

  • A team that values experimentation over rigid processes

A Quiet… but Priceless Presence

If you attend a Maya XR workshop this summer, you might not notice Maud right away. But you’ll see her images. You’ll read her captions. And you’ll feel, somehow, her way of telling our story.Oh, and that photo with the article? Don’t be fooled—it’s not really Maud. It's an AI version of her. Maud’s too busy creating to pose for the camera!
